What is counselling – an introduction. Wednesday 11th May, 10-10.30 am Claudia, our counsellor at the Kincumber Neighbourhood Centre, will give an introduction to counselling. She will answer questions such as:

• What is counselling?
• How can counselling help me?
• How does it work?
