The cost is only $5.00 for both workshops. Children's Art Works will be exhibited at Kincumber Festival Saturday 17th September 9.30am to 2.30pm. We also have some short courses starting as well: The Feeling Good Program for Women - Mondays 10.30 am to 1 pm, 1 August to 5 September. The program blends personal development processes, simple yoga (no experience necessary) & meditation to promote resilience, strength & coping strategies. How to Keep Your Garden Weed & Pest Free - Saturday 6 August, 10 am to 3 pm. Get your hands dirty in the community garden gaining valuable information on how to reduce those pesky creatures in your garden. Vicky Gear will cover pest & disease control by companion planting, mulching, using herbal remedies & weed control. Better Health Self Management - Thursdays 10 am to 12.30 pm, 4 August to 8 September A free course for people with a chronic health condition - Asthma, Arthritis, Respiratory, Heart problems, Diabetes, Stroke, Osteoporosis, etc. You are welcome to bring your spouse, friend, relative or carer with you. Learn about strategies & techniques for managing your symptoms as well as improving your health and quality of life. Our small group workshops run once a week for 6 weeks. Now is the time to act.
